Account Management
1.Login to Merchant Account
There are two ways to get your account login permission:
- You can get your admin account from PayerMax, and your account information could be changed by PayerMax only as well.
- You can create operator accounts by your admin account (or other operators with “Users” function). You will receive an activation email from PayerMax, please make sure that you have activated your account before starting to use.
2.Create Operator Account
You can create your operator accounts by your admin account (or other operators with “Users” function) as follows:
- Enter 「Settings」-「Users」 page.
- Click the “Add New User” button in the upper right corner of this page.
- Input a valid email address as login name.
- Choose the functions which will be authorized to the operator.
3.Change or Delete Administrator Accounts
Super administrator accounts do not support self-modification of permissions by merchants. To request changes, please contact the PayerMax platform.Operators with administrative privileges can navigate to the 「Settings」-「Users」 page to modify or revoke permissions for standard operator accounts. Deletion is allowed regardless of activation status.Upon deletion, the operator will receive a termination notification email.
4.Activate new account
When logging in for the first time, you may receive a notification stating that the account does not exist or is inactive. This occurs because newly created accounts require activation before they can be accessed. After receiving the activation email, please follow the instructions in the email to activate the account and set the initial login password.
If you do not activate your account within 24 hours of receiving the email, the link will expire to ensure account security. Please contact your operator with administrative privileges to resend the activation email.
5.Reset Login Password
Click the [Forgot Password] button at the bottom right corner of the login page to reset your password.
6.Change Login Password
Enter the merchant platform, click the avatar in the upper right corner and select [Change Password] button to enter the change page.
7.Switch Merchant Number
If an account is bound to more than one merchant number, after logging in to the platform, you can click on the merchant name in the upper right corner of the page to switch and view the information content under different merchant numbers. The selection area will highlight the currently selected merchant number information.
