withdraw funds offline. For store distribution, please see here; - Any
decimal amountwill berounded down. For daily withdrawals exceeding250,000 EGP, Fawry offline locations will require aNational IDorPassportfor identification. To prevent ID requests,users are advised to bring their ID with them.
Fawry Cash Payment Process
Create Withdrawal Code: The merchant initiates a payout request (via API/MMC), i.e., creates a withdrawal code based on the specified information.
Obtain Withdrawal Code Information: After the payout request is successful (withdrawal code created successfully), PayerMax will display the relevant information of this withdrawal code via API and the Merchant Platform.
Notify the Payee: The merchant can notify the payee independently or via PayerMax email notification. When notifying via PayerMax, please provide the payee's email address for receiving notifications through the
notifyAddressfield. If this field is not provided, no notification will be sent by default, and the merchant is responsible for notifying the payee. The notification content should include the following information:- Service Code: 74542;
- Expiry Time: The latest time by which the withdrawal code can be used to cash out. If not cashed out within this period, the withdrawal code will expire, and the payout will fail;
- Payee Phone Number (Account): The phone number of the payee specified by the payer;
- Withdrawal Code (Redeem Code): The numeric code used to cash out;
- Coupon Amount (Amount): The amount the payee can withdraw.
- Note: When the handling fee is

Payee Cash Withdrawal: The payee visits the corresponding store, provides the withdrawal code information, and successfully cashes out after verification.
Transaction Completed: When the transaction reaches its final status, PayerMax will notify the merchant of the final transaction status.
- Payout Success: When the payee successfully withdraws the cash, PayerMax will notify the merchant that the payout was successful;
- Payout Failure: If the withdrawal code is not cashed out after the expiry time has passed, PayerMax will notify that the payout failed and refund the funds.
