1.How to initiate a disbursement?

You can initiate disbursements by two ways:

Merchant Platform

You can enter「Disbursement」-「Order Create」page and follow the steps to initiate the disbursements. More Details

API

You can initiate a single disbursement request to a designated collection account via a API. More Details

2.Why can’t I initiate a disbursement?

Please confirm whether a disbursement contract has been signed. Please contact service@payermax.com for more information.

3.How to get disbursement approval function?

The disbursement approval menu on merchant platform is closed by default. Please log in admin account to open it if you need this function. If you didn't have access to it, please contact the admin account (or other operators with “Users” function) to change your permission. 4.What to do if my balance is insufficient?

If your balance is insufficient, you can enter「Account」-「Top Up」page and follow the steps to complete the top-up. [How to top up my account?]

5.How to download disbursement information in batches?

Enter the「Disbursement」-「Batch Disbursement」page and select「View Transactions」tab.Choose the specific batch order, and click the “Export” button after completing the filter items. Or you can export disbursement information via 「Disbursement Record」page. Please notice that you can set the time zone as you need on this page and the time of the transactions will be updated accordingly.

6.How to view and download batch details?

You can view and download batch details which initiated through Merchant Platform as follows:

  1. Enter「Disbursement」-「Order Search」page and select「Batch」tab.
  2. Search Batch ID to enter “Detail” page.
  3. Click “Download Report File” button to download batch information.

7.Why was a batch disbursement request initiated but I couldn’t find it when I searched?

If you initiated a batch disbursement application through Merchant Platform, the disbursement needs to be approved before it can be queried.

8.When the merchant makes a payment in a non-local currency but the user receives payment in a local currency, how can the merchant check the exchange rate?

You can find the exchange rate of the transaction by viewing the specific disbursement order details on the [Disbursement] - [View Transactions] page, or [Disbursement] - [Disbursement Record] page. You can check both the exchange of yours and the exchange of beneficiary's.
