1.How to check the status of orders?
There are 3 ways to check the status of orders:
- You can enter “Order Search” - “Payment” page to search the status.
- You can check the order status by receiving “Notification Callback”. More Details
- You can get the transaction status by using “Result Query”. More Details
2.How to check orders from different time zone?
In「Payment」-「Order Search」page, time applies to the time zone of the whole platform. If you need to check orders from differenct time zone, just change the time zone of the whole platform. Please change the time zone of the whole platform back to original value to avoid other services getting affected.
3.How to download orders?
Enter「Payment」-「Order Search」page, add filters, click 'download' button, the filtered orders will be sent to your email after data processing. You can customize time zone, and all the downloaded orders' time will apply to your chosen time zone.
4.What to do if the inquiry order does not exist?
First of all, you should make sure that the Order ID is correct. If you still can’t find it, maybe this order is only created in your system, but not yet by our side, mainly caused by two conditions as follows:
- Exiting the page too quickly when the user enter the check-out page.
- Exiting the check-out page before the page has been fully loaded.
