Obtaining reconciliation file

PayerMax provides two ways to obtain reconciliation file: one is to download from PayerMax's MMC platform; the other is to obtain from SFTP server.

From MMC platform

Merchants can download transaction files and bill files on [Settlement]-[report download] page from MMC platform.

1.The 【report download】 function menu on MMC platform is closed by default which needs merchants to open it on their own. The process is as below: The administrator logs in to the MMC platform, enters the 【Settings】-【Menu Management】page, and operates following the instruction in the below image. The switch for【report download】 function menu can only be operated once a day.

2.After 'report download' function is activated, the administrator assigns this function's operating authority to relevant operator.

3.Enter the 【report download】 page, the current month is displayed by default. Move the mouse to the date when the reconciliation file has been generated, and click to download it. Daily reconciliation file: current date reconciliation file will be generated before next day 12 o'clock, we recommend you to download it after 11:00 (UTC+0 3:00) on the next day.
Monthly reconciliation file: The monthly reconciliation file is a summary report of transactions which generated by dimensions of different contract entities and days in last month. The current month's monthly reconciliation file is not supported to download.
Special Clarification： The merchant who activated 'repor download' function before 9:00 in current day can download all daily reconciliation files during the period from Last month's 1st to yesterday at 11:00, who activated 'report download' function after 9:00 in current day needs to download the reconciliation files during the period from Last month's 1st to current day after 11:00 on the next day. For more reconciliation files in earlier days, please contact our BD colleague to obtain, a maximum period of half a year's reconciliation files can be provided(as of current day). MMC obtains that the time zone of the statement is UTC + 0 .

From SFTP
